2. Business Development/Sales Executive
The role: Your mandate would be to increase the number of people coming to Feynan. Working with the Managing Director, predominantly you will be targeting corporate/NGO training workshops and retreats, group/yoga/meditation retreats, special events, tour operators and local hotels.
What are we looking for: You are a recent graduate. You need to be a people person. You are outgoing and you enjoy dealing with people from any culture, background, age, sex, etc... You are very social and find it easy to build and maintain relationships. You are customer focused and results oriented. You are also fluent in written and spoken English and spoken Arabic, and numbers do not scare you. You need to be well-organised and good at managing several things at once. You will be happy to travel to Feynan (and other company sites in the future) regularly and loving the outdoors would be a great asset, as adventure comes with the role. Oh, and you must be a hard working team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done. If you do not have any sales experience, no worries; we do, and we will help you develop your skills. But you should be smart and a quick learner.
Experience: Well that is not crucial. Although having some background in sales and/or tourism would be helpful, it is not essential and not a show stopper.
